What is the best procedure to fix my jawline/chin shape? (Photo)

Hello, I did some editing on a phone app and was wondering what procedure would yield this result with my chin/ jaw. I want that beautiful v shape and find it suits me and drastically increases my beauty. Please help, is this a genioplasty or jaw procedure?

The procedures are entirely different with different incisions. The procedure can be performed whenever you feel recovered from your primary procedure.

You can have a genioplasty revision, but it would involve another osteotomy. It is hard to tell without any photographs to go on, but depending on the desired look, shaving down might be easier. Or possibly a partial implant to help with the imbalance.

As far as a chin augmentation, fillers would only get you so far. Plus you have to constantly keep getting them touched up. As long as you do not have any problems with the current placement of your jaw (sleep apnea, breathing issues, discomfort when eating...) and since your bite aligns well, a genioplasty with submental liposuction or neck thread lift would be the easier solution, and would not affect your bite....
