What is the best procedure to fix my jawline/chin shape? (Photo)

Hello, I did some editing on a phone app and was wondering what procedure would yield this result with my chin/ jaw. I want that beautiful v shape and find it suits me and drastically increases my beauty. Please help, is this a genioplasty or jaw procedure?

You could get these results with a genioplasty. The chin segment would be moved down and angled to give you more of the "v' shape. Some contouring may be done on the jawline as well to get a that slimmer appearance. Although there is a limit to how much it can be reduced, jaw surgery is generally not recommended for just aesthetic reasons. It is a larger surgery, with a longer recovery, and will change the alignment of your teeth and overall bite.
