I’ve heard mixed things about cheek implants. Some doctors say they’re great others say they won’t do them anymore. I know they can appear to droop with age (could new implants fix that) & show through the skin, not sure if there’s a fix for that. I don’t rly want to do filler bc it’s not permanent & if u can’t keep affording it or something you can be left with sagging skin I’ve heard. Wondering if implants are a bad idea in the long run.

The area you have highlighted is neither the cheek nor the paranasal area. It is in the upper maxilla under right under the infraorbital nerve. If you are trying to achieve a simultaneous Ogee curve enhancement with augmentation of the upper maxilla that would require a custom implant approach...
