About a year and a half ago, I had bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival with skin pinch) to correct mild upper skin laxity and lower eye bags. Shortly after the surgery, I noticed the right eye was more open and appeared larger than the left. I followed up with my surgeon several times, but he insisted it was fine. I’ve seen some mild improvement but it’s still bothersome and I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to fix this.
