Bellafill is a semi-permeant dermal filler (in which the microspheres can last up to five years) so you want to ensure proper placement. That being said if the RN injecting the bellafill has experience with other dermal fillers, you're in great hands!

Bellafill lasts for 5 years and up. I have patients who have been treated 7 years ago and are still thrilled! HAs do not last more than 6 months. Especially for people with high metabolism. That being said, Bellafill is not recommended in the tear troughs unfortunately
