You appear to be a candidate for liposuction. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. jws1977   I appreciate your concern, however lipedema is usually disproportionate fat deposits restricted to lower extremities only and it appears from your photograph that you do have modest lipodystrophy of your abdominal region as well.  Lipodystrophy is an increased collection of fat in a particular area, effectively treated by liposuction.  However it is best to be seen by a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full of evaluation and diagnosis with treatment options.  good luck.

Looking at you the photos it appears that you would benefit from circumferential Vaser liposuction along with safe power assisted liposuction.  A in person consult will be required but you should have a nice improvement.  Good luck.
