Fat and necrosis after BBL: 3 weeks post-op. (Photos)

I had surgery March 6 2018 and having some complications with holes because of dead fat. I need to know how I can get the holes to close fast? will I need a revision to fix deformities that I’m sure are to come please look at the photos and let me know what you think I’m working with my PS, just want a second opinion. should I keep cleaning it will saline and keep filling the holes with gauze or should I let it drain naturally just cover it with sterile pads?

This type of problem will require waiting another 3-4 months to decide on a treatment. The best material to use to fill this defect will be your own fat. Good luck.

You are really early in your recovery. Yes, it could just be swelling. I would wait six months before considering a reoperation. This seems like a long time but rushing to do something is fraught with complications.

Revisions after BBL can be done.  In your case, liposuction would reduce the size and projection of your butt.
