Looking for a surgeon who can do a butt reduction after a BBL. (Photos)

Question

So I had my revision BBL 3 weeks ago. On Jan 8, 2018... my doctor, I feel over filled my butt. I had 700 cc first time one year go, he added 1000cc this time. But he did mention that the second time around it wasn’t pure yellow virgin fat, what ever that means. He said I will lose lots of fat again. I’m gonna wait until I’m healed for a reduction. Hopefully it will shrink more and I won’t even need it. But if you doctors can do a reduction or know any surgeon please let me know.

Dear Liana2016,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a BBL surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 3 weeks  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. In most cases 30-40% of transferred fat will be lost after few months. Once the swelling subsides you will be able to see the final result of your surgery. Daniel Barrett, MD

Did you undergo a 2nd BBL because you wanted your butt bigger? If so, why now do you want a reduction? A large portion of the fat injected was likely fluid depending on his technique. Revision lipo (lipo to the same areas) has a lot of fibrous scar tissue. ~50% of what was injected will go away over 3-6 months, so be patient before attempting to have another surgery. 3 weeks is so early, it is too early to judge final results.
