Eyebrow transplants are the most sophisticated surgical procedures amongst hair surgeries. If the angles and directions are not created with perfection, it may result in an unnatural appearance. The only solution to a previously transplanted eyebrow with hairs sticking out is to pluck these hairs out repeatedly until they don't grow anymore and redo the transplant with correct angles on the skin. Laser removal of these hairs may be tried, but repeated sessions may be required resulting in thermal damage of the soft tissues.
