I have had a bbl and i didnt get the results that i was hoping for. I was told i have tight skin by doctor.i have a prominate lumbo sacral fat pad as well. I was also told that when the fat was havested from this area and was being transfered in my buttock it traveled back into my back so thats why its still there? Any one ever heard of this.
