I have had a bbl and i didnt get the results that i was hoping for. I was told i have tight skin by doctor.i have a prominate lumbo sacral fat pad as well. I was also told that when the fat was havested from this area and was being transfered in my buttock it traveled back into my back so thats why its still there? Any one ever heard of this. From the front i look shapley from the back i look un shaped and square. I need a revision bad

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

The fat has not "traveled". Tight skin is not a reason to lack shape as liposuction in certain areas and placing fat in other areas can give a pleasing appearance to the buttocks. You have areas that need further liposuction and others that need more augmentation with fat. You did not mention how long it has been since your surgery as you will often see swelling in the upper buttock for a number of weeks.
