Will low-dose aspirin treatment prevent PRP for hair loss from working?

If you're on a baby dose of aspirin, it's definitely important to check with your physician before undergoing PRP treatment. That said, there are other regenerative options worth considering. In my opinion, alternatives like exosomes, Pure PDGF+, polynucleotides (salmon DNA), and connective tissue allografts (stem cells) may offer benefits without the same concerns related to platelet function. I think that the reason you are placed on aspirin therapy is more important than hair loss. However, you could consider laser therapy which is safe to use on patients currently taking aspirin and in my experience helps to slow down hair loss in a higher percentage of patients than PRP.
