Considering rhinoplasty - What can I do to change my face and make it more attractive? (Photos)

Question

I listed the procedure under rhinoplasty because I’ve been looking majorly at that type of surgery first or maybe chin reduction. I don’t deel attractive and want to know what procedure will make me attractive. Im open to all suggestions too. I will say I’m 260 pounds currently and at 6’4 i get by with that large weight due to my height so most peoplr wouldn’t say I’m overweight but do know my resuts could be dramatic if i went down to a normal weight. Thank you!

Rhinoplasty can refine proportion, but it will not “make a face attractive” by itself if the real issues are chin projection, midface volume, lip length, or skin quality.

Start by defining the actual imbalance: dorsal height/width, tip support, alar base, and how the nose sits against the lips and chin. Photos are useful for discussion and almost never enough for a surgical blueprint.

A natural result comes from restrained changes that fit your skeletal framework—not from chasing an unrelated celebrity nose. See a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for an in-person analysis before deciding that the nose is the only, or even the primary, lever.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The tip of your nose is asymmetrical and the dorsum of the nose is crooked. Unfortunately, you have not provided a lateral view. You can begin with refining the tip and straightening the dorsum. I would need a side view to determine if you would benefit from a chin implant.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. It would be helpful to see a side profile view as well. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
