Almost two years post op and my nose is still bulbous at times - would a revision be helpful? (Photos)

Ive gotten a nose job like a year and 10 months ago, and the results are sk weird. I asked for a nose like cindy kimberly and I had a VERY bulbous nose it was hugeee. I have arab thick skin and the results vary everyday it is draining me. I still tape my nose every single day bcs if i dont, i wake up its hugr and bulbous! When i feel cold kr so my nose is so tiny and beautiful i love it. Then when its hot or i sweat my nose is BULBOUS AND BIG and i hate it. I took a steroid almost 2 months ago and did something but its still big.. do i consider a revision?!? like why it looks amazing in the damn cold.. Hello and thank you for your question. With so much daily variation in your nasal appearance, that would indicate that you are still swollen. I would really focus on continuing to tape your nose, which should hopefully help you. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It takes long time for discrete swelling to settle in some patients; this is in particular the case with patient who have thick skin on the tip. Based on these photos, which are not showing much, you have nice, balanced nose and tip. Be patient and continue taping, it helps. Good luck.
