Will this change or will I need a 2nd round of BBL and lipo? (Photos)

So I got my BBL & LIPO done 1/25/18 I’m exactly 8 days post op! Since the day I came out of surgery my butt has looked like this and my surgeon keeps telling me it will “drop”. Is this true? Can the fat that’s placed on top drop to my buttcheeks? Or will I need a round 2 of this procedure? Is a nice full, round, butt even achievable with my body type?
