I’m 4 mo post bbl and I would like to have another to get the project I want. Would you recommend trying to gain a few pounds? I am 5’ 6 and weigh 143lbs

6 months is recommended before looking to do a BBL revision. This allows swelling to go down and all the fat to settle. A skype consultation with a specialist can further examine your current recovery stage and answer any questions you may have.

It looks like you have had quite a change. I would give it about 6 months before considering any sort of additional BBL procedure.
