-Currently have Class III underbite -Had braces and reverse headgear growing up -Preparing for orthognathic surgery (one surgeon recommends moving lower jaw back, the other recommends lower jaw back/upper forward/chin/cheek implants) -Would like to know if silicone cheek implants should be inserted at Surgeon's recommendation, or if not necessary (or going to cause complications as stated in other reviews)

The images are not ideal; but if you want a strong defined jawline extending from the angle/ear area to the chin, it can be done with a genioplasty combined with jawline augmentation implants placed intraorally. Consult a surgeon who does that type of work

The 'natural' look of faces from many cultures/backgrounds does vary. Depending upon the 'tilt' /fullness' of the teeth, orthodontics with or without jaw surgery can alter the look. Also, genioplasties can 'offset' the fullness of the lips in some cases. A maxillofacial surgeon should be consulted
