Is it possible for your nose to get bigger from frequently blowing it?

Yes, whether you have allergies or  simple a  common cold, the chronic  irritation of blowing your nose  can cause a temporary congestion of the nasal soft tissues which could result in the temporary appearance of an enlarged nose.  The operative term is temporary enlargement !
