Hello! The HydraFacial and Dermasweep have a big difference between the two! We have had both, I switched our DermaSweep for the HydraFacial machine. As both are exfoliating treatments and both deliver medical grade results, the Hydrafacial treatment is far superior. The DermaSweep has 2 wands (A dry exfoliation pass and a wet infusion pass) the first pass takes off dead skin, and the second infuses a serum. Now, the Hydrafacial treatment has at least 4 passes which all use suction to exfoliate and infuse a serum to help unclog pores, a light glycolic/salycilic peel (or stronger if needed), it does extractions where it plucks all debris it can from the pores, and finishes with a tightening and plumping peptide serum. Also coming with a red LED light and a blue LED light, the HydraFacial is awesome for both anti-aging and acne as well as just a great refresher with no down time!
