What is the safest option to help create a more defined abdominal area?

I have read that lipo when you're already lean can be a waste because it's more likely you'll just mess up the texture of the skin itself. My situation is that I'm already lean and have a partially defined six-pack. However, it's a little blurry and not as tightly ripped as I'd like it. Are there any lipo procedures to just get the last 1cm/.5cm off from my lower abdomen and flanks? Which is the safest type of lipo? Tumescent, vaser, smart, tickle?

There are two variables that determine Liposuction results. Quality outcomes are based exclusively on these two variables, and these two variables only.
Each of the two variables is about equally as important.
The two labels that determine Liposuction outcomes are the patient’s candidacy for the procedure and who does the surgery.
The name of the equipment is relatively an important. Those who try to differentiate themselves for marketing purposes based on touting Equipment is being important for Liposuction results are just trying to confuse people in our self serving.
Leaving a smooth, even contour without a surgical appearance after liposuction is 100% based on skill and experience.
Delivery consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons of a master Liposuction are in a small minority. In reality a substantial number of experienced board-certified plastic surgeons are not that great at this procedure.
Defined the best provider and get an accurate assessment and clear understanding of what the procedure can, and cannot accomplish schedule multiple in person, consultations with local providers who have a lot of experience doing Liposuction
