I have read that lipo when you're already lean can be a waste because it's more likely you'll just mess up the texture of the skin itself. My situation is that I'm already lean and have a partially defined six-pack. However, it's a little blurry and not as tightly ripped as I'd like it. Are there any lipo procedures to just get the last 1cm/.5cm off from my lower abdomen and flanks? Which is the safest type of lipo? Tumescent, vaser, smart, tickle?

Answer: Liposuction "Thank you for your question. Achieving that finely-tuned abdominal definition can be challenging, especially when you're already lean. Liposuction methods, like Tumescent, Vaser, Smart, and Tickle, all have their advantages. For slight refinements like yours, Vaser can offer precision; however, the technique and surgeon's experience are paramount to avoid skin irregularities. Ensure you consult with a cosmetic surgeon who can assess your unique anatomy and guide you towards the safest and most effective option for your goals. Best of luck! "

Answer: Understanding Liposuction There are two variables that determine Liposuction results. Quality outcomes are based exclusively on these two variables, and these two variables only. Each of the two variables is about equally as important. The two labels that determine Liposuction outcomes are the patient’s candidacy for the procedure and who does the surgery. The name of the equipment is relatively an important. Those who try to differentiate themselves for marketing purposes based on touting Equipment is being important for Liposuction results are just trying to confuse people in our self serving. Leaving a smooth, even contour without a surgical appearance after liposuction is 100% based on skill and experience. Delivery consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons of a master Liposuction are in a small minority. In reality a substantial number of experienced board-certified plastic surgeons are not that great at this procedure. Defined the best provider and get an accurate assessment and clear understanding of what the procedure can, and cannot accomplish schedule multiple in person, consultations with local providers who have a lot of experience doing Liposuction During each consultation, ask you to provide her to open up your portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you with the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Highly experienced plastic surgeons should have hundreds if not, thousands of before and after pictures to choose from. Being shown a handful of the selected images, representing the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like, what someone with your candidacy is likely to look like or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. Considering how much variation there is a Liposuction scale I suggest patients schedule at least five in person consultations before choosing a Permanente reversible body contouring procedure that can potentially leave people disfigured. The number one criteria for being a good candidate for Liposuction is usually having tight skin. This is the number one variable that differentiates those who have the potential for getting great results. Obviously, those with thick layers of subcutaneous fat have the potential for greater levels of a transformation, and an overall greater change in body shape. For low BMI patients were not looking to change the shape of the body, but rather to create definition. The same equipment is used for different purposes. If interested in having Liposuction and begin the process of scheduling multiple in person consultations. I personally don’t think it’s possible to properly choose a provider or vet plastic surgeons without having in person consultations. I don’t think it’s possible to do this using your computer or cell phone. When, in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations. Do not assume because somebody is board-certified, has he has some experience or overall good reputation that they haven’t mastered any one single procedure especially not Liposuction.
