Is it possible to get abs from Vaser 360 and tummy tuck? (photos)

Dear doctors, please help me to find, what can I achive with vaser 360 and Tummy tuck. I,l'm planning this procedures early next year. Is it possible to get abs? I already can feel the miscles under the fat, but unfortunately not visible :(. Can I achieve fat free abdomen? Thank you!!!

This might offer you the desired contour without the need for an additional tummy tuck. Thank you for your question. You have already had a tummy tuck. Probably because you had a Classic Tummy Tuck surgery, not Lipoabdominoplasty, you still have serious fat in your abdominal area. You also have fat in your waist and back area and possibly skin laxity.With 360 vaserlipo you can have a balanced and good body. If Renuvion Plasma is added to this, your skin will also tighten. However, if you want a muscular appearance in your abdominal area that does not look artificial, you must already be doing sports. The tone of your abdominal muscles should be sufficient. Because in the Hi-definition body shaping you mentioned, it is aimed to make the muscles that exist but cannot be shown due to fat, visible by removing the fat to an advanced degree. If the fats are removed according to the muscle lines and an artificial muscle appearance is created, an artificial appearance is obtained for a short-term period, and a very bad non-aesthetic appearance is obtained when weight is gained in the long-term period. For this reason, this type of hi-definition abdominal shaping should not be done to people who do not do sports and whose muscles are not ready.

It seems like you probably have a previous Tummy Tuck, if that's correct, you will most likely be able to achieve great results from liposuction and ab-etching. You can use Vaser liposuction, which is superior to traditional liposuction and if you want to get better results, you could also add JPlasma.

In my experience, you do not seem to have enough lose skin to warrant a tummy tuck.

You appear to be a great candidate for Vaser ultrasound liposuction to remove stubbiest and enhance contours.

Six pack can be achieved afterwards by continuing diet and exercise.

An alternative is Vaser 4D high definition for enhanced six pack and other areas if desired. This is a much more intense procedure with longer recovery for final results.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your best options and expectations.

Recovery after Vaser liposuction varies by individual, even in very fit patients. While light daily activity and desk-type work may be possible within 3–7 days, jobs that involve prolonged standing, arm use, or physical exertion (such as hairstyling or Pilates instruction) often require at least 1–2 weeks to feel comfortable.
As for workouts, light walking can usually begin early, but weight lifting or intense core training is generally delayed for about 3–4 weeks. Returning to heavy lifting at 2 weeks can be too aggressive for some patients and may increase swelling or prolong recovery.
Because you have minimal fat and are seeking refinement rather than volume reduction, recovery may be smoother, but it is still important to allow adequate healing time. Final clearance should always be based on your surgeon’s assessment during follow-up, rather than a guaranteed timeline.

I think you can certainly benefit for Vaser liposuction for your abdomen. I Feel you will not need tummy tuck as I don’t think ( based on your pics) you need it and also it’s much more invasive than Vaser liposuction . However you will need face to face consultation for thorough examination

Having visible muscle definition generally requires a muscle wall that has definition, very thin layers of subcutaneous fat and no skin laxity
Your subcutaneous fat layer can be reduced with further weight loss, or with Liposuction.
Whether this gives a six pack is in the eye of the beholder. Generally speaking well done Liposuction should improve muscle definition.
