I had an chalazion some years ago and I got it removed but after all this time there is still this?

So I had this type of red bump (chalazion) i believe, on my eye and got it removed, but this is still left and although you can barely see it. (If you just look at me with my eyes open) Its not really noticeable at all. It still annoys me so much and it's the first thing I notice when i look in the mirror. How do i get rid of this, what is it? Help please!
