I have scar (hypertrophic?) on my chin. What is the best option to make it less visible? (photos)

Hi, I have this scar on my chin for around 4 years now after sport. The scar is a bit raised and is more visible sometimes in different lighting as it is a bit more whiter. I was wondering what is the best option for treatment, is it a Steroid injection or is there something else? And also is a dermatologist the best person to see?
