Can butt implants be done while the patient is awake with an epidural?

The difference is, you delivered your baby while face up, whereas buttock implants are placed with you face down.  Controlling your airway (i.e. maintaining safe breathing and respiration) is actually safer under general anesthesia in the face down position. Also after having done over 1000 buttock implants, I have not had a single serious anesthesia complication. In fact, driving an automobile is much more dangerous than general anesthesia.
