I am not keen to consider non surgical options. I have previously done PRP and polynucleotides without benefit. Please may you recommend other suitable surgical treatments only?

Fat grafts are most natural replacement for volume loss around the eyes. Injection of micro and nano fat grafts would improve volume but also discoloration of the skin. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience with facial fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.

It may not be very accurate to comment only by looking around your eyes. Finding a solution by looking at the overall appearance will give much better results.
