Would I be suitable for fat transfer? What other surgical interventions would I be suitable for? (PHOTO)

I am not keen to consider non surgical options. I have previously done PRP and polynucleotides without benefit. Please may you recommend other suitable surgical treatments only?

Several thoughts on your question. First, your photo does not show your mid or upper face so it is impossible to give you a good answer to your question. Though you say you had buccal fat removal it really does not appear that this is the case. Your lower face needs slimming from the photo...

The fat will not return on its own, and continued fat loss is part of facial aging. There are other options, but fat transfer is the gold standard for returning volume to the face and has additional skin rejuvenating benefits over fillers.
