How can I get rid of discoloration and bumps after Cellfina? (Photo)

I had Cellfina 3 months ago. But still have some bumps and discoloration on thighs. How can I get rid of bumps? BBL? Duolit? RF?

Most individuals will take up to 6 months to achieve the final result after Cellfina, but some will take longer. Also, in a small number of individuals there will be some residual minor contour irregularity. This can be addressed after allowing sufficient time for healing with either small cannula liposuction or fat transfers.
