Can you fill a cleft chin with dermal filler? (Photo)

Yes! Dermal filler can be used to fill in a cleft chin and smooth out the chin. I prefer Juvederm Voluma for the chin, as it is a long lasting (up to 2 years) and reversible dermal filler, with a tofu like consistency. 

Upon review of your photograph, I would suggest making the chin a little bit more narrow, as well as filling in your dimple, giving your chin a more feminine look.
