Should I get a BBL or just Lipo360? (Photo)

I am thinking about getting a BBL or Lipo360. I already have a sizeable butt from lifting for years, and my glutes measure around 46 inches and my waist just under 32. I would ideally like to get both, but costs and recovery time are obviously more with a BBL. Is it worth it to get the BBL?
