At size 36 B each 200 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 600 cc implants would take you up 3 cup sizes to a size E. I always recommend small silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. 600 cc implants would never fit retro-pectoral, would dislocate inferiorly and laterally requiring revision. You need to rethink your implant volume and goals. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
or find a surgeon with 3D imaging to allow yourself to better appreciate what you will look like with implants of those sizes. Most of us do not want to make our patients look 'fat' or top heavy so be critical when viewing yourself wearing clothing you like to wear. 3 cups of rice in a knee high nylon stocking would be 720 cc's.
You have chosen implants that are a very big size for your breasts which are already widely spaced. A lot of that volume could end up on the side so be careful about going very big with your natural beast shape the way it is. You have not defined what your goal is and trying on some implant sizers on would be very helpful in establishing what that is. For now, until more information is obtained, it is hard to see you any bigger than 600ccs.
600cc would bring you to a full D for sure, 700cc would be at least a DD. What is your goal? If you want more projection, go with a High-profile implant. best, Michael
Dear Beach, Thank you for your post. Please refer to my previous answer on your question regarding 800 cc MP vs. HP. In general, once your ideal breast width is determined and your ideal implant base width from that, then determine what final cup szie you would like to be. From your photo, I estimate you are currently a C cup size. Mp will generally give you a D cup size, MP+ DD, and HP probably a DDD. This is in general, and an in person physical exam must be done to give you more precise information. Best Wishes, Pablo Prichard, MD
Appears as skin irritations but always best to see your surgeon in person-ALWAYS! Might be a dermatitis issue.//
Unfortunately, you have not provided any photographs or your cup or bra size. If you are a 32 or 34 each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are a 36 or 38 each 200 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume required to ach...
All of my other colleagues make good points. Practically speaking there is only a shot glass difference between 355 and 385, which is not visible in most circumstances.
