Hello, I had a rhinoplasty about 5 months ago and notice constant whistling since cast removal. Whenever I look this up I see that the main cause is septal perforation but I am wondering if it is possible that the cause of whistling is that the doctor over narrower my nose/valves? I didn't really have work done on my septum so I don't think it's perforated. I also notice mucus gets accumulates/gets stuck much more easily now. Could aggressive narrowing cause this? What else could cause?
