Hi Anne- In these pictures you have a classic tension nose, as seen at the upper lip and bridge fullness.  The best thing to do is reduce the septal fullness at the bridge, and shorten the nose at the lip.  Tip defining can be performed as well as bony improvements.

The rhinoplasty will cost the same whether the septoplasty is performed or not.   Rhinoplasty would provide benefit to shaping the nose and refining it to provide balance.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
