IDEAL Structured Saline vs Traditional Saline when overfilled?

Dear Brielle, as 1 of the initial investigator is for the ideal implant I can tell you I do not believe that you will be happy or will achieve the results she want. The ideal implant is designed to give did feel of silicone. For this reason over filling is not recommended for this implant or it will become basically what a standard saline implant its. You could go with a high profile saline implant but it may not be wide enough and I do not believe the moderate profile plus implant which will be wider comes any larger than 800 cc. I have her if patient is going down to South America and Mexico and getting much larger implants but certainly that is not something I would recommend nor what I would consider doing. They used to make custom implants that you could order almost any size but I do not believe with the law suits that occurred from the early 1990s any of the companies are doing custom implants. If you are going to use implants then I can not imagine you would want anything other than the largest size saline implant because dad at least can be adjusted or over filled even though it voids the warranty.
