I had a very unsuccessful eyebrow transplant almost one years ago, the angle of the transplants is pretty bad (almost straight out) and also I have a lot of multiple follicles, which obviously doesn't look natural at all, they used my head's hair which is pretty thick, and the spacing between hairs is also pretty bad, almost placed randomly, also, they grow super fast
Answer: Repairing eyebrow transplant There are various techniques to repair an eyebrow transplant. Removing the transplanted hairs and replanting them is a possible technique provided the hairs transplanted were of sufficient size and shape. The key distinguishing factor for eyebrow transplants is direction of hair and thickness of hair. Best Anil Shah

Answer: Removing Transplant There are laser or electrolysis treatments that can be done to remove the hair, but indentation can sometimes remain from the surgery itself. A doctor would need to see it in person to determine the best course of action for you.

Answer: Eyebrow design I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Eyebrow transplantation take a lot of skill and understanding of eyebrow anatomy. The hair angles should be almost flush to the skin, and the medial aspect should grow up while the arch and tail should taper into itself to reproduce the natural spine. In addition, all eyebrow hairs should be transplanted as single hair follicular units as eyebrow hair does not naturally grow in groupings like it does on the head. For this reason when we do eyebrow restoration we will always prep multi-follicular units into single haired micrografts. In your case, you may want to consider doing laser hair removal to get rid of the poorly transplanted hairs then do another transplant with a practice that is more experienced. Unfortunately, laser hair removal is not a fast process and will take 8-10 sessions on average. We use the Vectus system for LHR which is the fastest one on the market. If you want a quicker solution, you can consider plucking and microblading. Best of luck, Dr. Rome

Answer: Bad eyebrow transplants If the entire eyebrow has poor result, plucing may be difficult and a laser may be better, see an expert. Eyebrow transplants using scalp hair requires a special skill in identifying the ‘bend’; that is natural in each transplanted hair. So when put in by the surgical team, the natural curve of the hair must be placed to take advantage of it as it is placed. It also must be put in laying them flat consistent with your natural eyebrow hairs Too many surgeons without considerable experience can’t seem to get either of these techniques right and if they don’t the eyebrow stick out rather than lay flat as they should. In your case the darker hair and a slightly bushier eyebrow might help you frame your face, but of course, it is your call 100% as to what you want to look like.

Answer: Avoiding a Bad Eyebrow Hair Transplant Eyebrow hair transplant artistry and experience are most important factors in deciding who to choose to perform your eyebrow transplant. Choose a full-time hair transplant surgeon not someone who does it part-time. Look at the surgeons results. I unfortunately see many with the same story of a bad outcome. The repair in each case is personalized to the damage caused. A blanket statement of how to repair is inappropriate for this forum.
