Need help with areola discoloration. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I had my 10+ year implants replaced because I was having the waterfall effect. The dr also had to do a lift and made the areola smaller. Other than a couple of things I wasn’t crazy about I was overall happy. However fast forward about 2 years and my right areola is having discoloration. It looks like the scar stretched to the nipple. That isn’t what happened. But 1/2 my areola is now the same color as my scar. Can this be fixed? Is something wrong?

You can have cosmetic, not artistic tattooing of your areola to give some more color if you want. Otherwise, the areolae can be revised to be more circular.

Your outcome looks fairly typical and I don’t see a strong indication for intervention.
The only way you going to add more pigment to your areola Is by tattooing the skin.
I don’t think that is wise or needed.
