Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  This old blood is from a liquefied hematoma resulting from surgery.  The important first step is determining what level the blood is present in - just the fat of your skin tissues or deeper around the implant.  I would recommend seeing your surgeon or an in-person evaluation.

The dark blood that is coming out is old blood.  You had a hematoma or small blood collection that has now liquefied and is draining out. It could be from a small area just below the skin or it could be from inside the implant pocket. My recommendation is to follow up with your surgeon for an evaluation. Best wishes.

It appears that you may have had a hematoma and it is starting to liquefy and leak out the incision. You could also have local bleeding at the skin incision site. Either way, this should be evaluated by your plastic surgeon in person. The sooner this is addressed the better as blood in the breast pocket significantly increases the risk for capsular contracture.

Any time there is drainage from an incision and there is an implant I would recommend your surgeon evaluate you to ensure that everything is stable and healing appropriately.   Take care. 

Based on the pictures you show, I have reason to believe there is a  of blood collection Of unknown size around your right breast surgical site.  With the drainage, I want to encourage you to monitor the area very closely, and maintain communication with your plastic surgeon.  Make sure you are discussing all information including any changes in sensation, pain, redness, fevers or other symptoms as well so your plastic surgeon has the best opportunity to take care of you.
