Last week I noticed my right breast feeling painful and more difficult to move in the pocket. It's still fairly soft minus the top part. I saw my PS and he said could be early stage CC and put me on singular. I am now having tingly right arm pain, sometimes severe. I'm not sure how much longer I can deal with it. If the CC progresses I want them out. I'm taking ibuprofen, anything else I can do for the pain? Are my wired bras making it worse? I'm massaging as well.
