Which Is more effective, Cavicell noninvasive liposuction or CoolSculpting?

I am 35 with kids, 5’5”, 146lbs, wanting to reduce fat on my abdomen, back, Love handles, and upper arms. I am considering both cavicell liposuction and coolsculpting. Which procedure is more effective on a long-term basis? Is more than one procedure required for each area in order to get the desired results? Cost of each? Can either procedure be done on the area under the chin?

Liposuction is still gold standard in body contouring but cool sculpting is excellent depending on the volume, the areas and expectations.
