This is a difficult question to answer without having a physical examination or
photos. Since you did not include photos, I am guessing that these veins would
respond to laser treatment. This may require 1-2 treatments. Typically this can
be done in the doctor’s office. If the laser does not work, you may also
require sclerosis vein injection.

Veins are typically treated with either injections of a sclerosant (sclerotherapy) or with lasers.  I suggest a formal in person consultation to see what you are a candidate for.  These should be relatively easy to treat.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The veins in the gluteal folds, between the thigh and buttocks can be successfully mapped with VeinLite examination or AccuVein mapping. Once they are mapped, they can be injected with a sclerotsant solution and 1 treatment may be enough in most cases. 

Buttock veins as you describe would most likely best be treated by sclerotherapy.  Topical laser may be an option but sclerotherapy is usually the treatment of choice if the veins are large enough to accommodate a needle.  See a vein specialist.

I agree with Dr. Emer. Additionally, there are no reliable at home remedies that will improve this condition.
