Is this tear trough deformity? Can it be treated with microneedling/Derma Roller? (Photo)

Based on your photos, I think you are a good candidate for undereye filler treatment using Restylane. Microneedling is not a treatment for undereye volume although it works well for fine lines and wrinkles as well as uneven skin texture. 

From your picture it is difficult to make a full assessment, but your tear trough appareance is genetic. I do not think fillers will help. Home microneedling is a dangerous technique because first of all you can never achieve the results a doctor's procedure can provide and second you have high risk of infection.

Hi Preti,Microneedling will encourage collagen growth but will not replace substantial volume.  Undereye hollows are more complex than just inducing collagen growth. Most of it is due to fat loss and best replaced with fillers. It's perfectly understandable why you are hesitant about fillers - reversing unsatisfactory results is not exactly fool-proof.
