Am I a candidate for lipo 360 if my PTT is 43.4 (I never have a problem)?

I just changed my diet and lose weight. I just lost 60 pounds with diet and exercise. I am scheduled for a Lipo 360 did my clearance and my PTT show up as 43.4. all the other blood tests is normal. My INR is normal. Not sure why my PTT is high. But I still be a candidate for Lipo 360.
