My insurance approved me for a breast reduction but i need lipo 360 as well. Of course, my insurance wont cover the lipo and my surgeon doesnt do lipo. Should i 1. Do the lipo before the reduction to incly terrible back and armpit fat? Do it after, or find a surgeon that can do both?

Thank you for your question. Ideally, you would choose a surgeon who can do both surgeries. If you were my patient, I would do the liposuction 360 degrees first, since you would have to be face down for the back liposuction. This would be prohibitive for about 3-6 months if you have your breast reduction first. I often do the body sculpting on one day and two days later do the breasts, so you would recover at the same time. See a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in body sculpting surgery for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
