Insurance approved for breast reduction but I need lipo 360 too, should I do lipo before the reduction?

If you were my patient, I would do the liposuction 360 degrees first, since you would have to be face down for the back liposuction. This would be prohibitive for about 3-6 months if you have your breast reduction first. I often do the body sculpting on one day and two days later do the breasts, so you would recover at the same time. See a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in body sculpting surgery for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
