I had surgery on the chalazion on my right bottom eyelid 4 years ago. The surgeon had to remove it mostly from the outside. This left me with scar tissue. It is easily irritated as it is sensitive. The scar itself has a red colour to it and has a small dent where the Chaka Zion was.

It is difficult to tell from the photographs, but it appears you may have either a retained suture or an inclusion cyst that is persistent along the scarily. If you have associated eyelid swelling or asymmetry, I would return to your surgeon to discuss the possibilities and treatments....
