Do reconstructed silicone implants still need to "drop and fluff"? (photo)

I am in the process of breast reconstruction after two separate staged mastectomies. I had my right tissue expander filled to 480cc and then exchanged a week ago for a permanent silicone inspira implant 485g. Will my implant still "drop and fluff" even though a pocket was already created with the expander?

It is up to the judgment of your plastic surgeon. Based on many factors including skin quality, body proportions, etc. your surgeon's advice is generally best to follow. You can always seek a second opinion from an experienced board certified plastic surgeon but your own surgeon knows you best....
