Do reconstructed silicone implants still need to "drop and fluff"? (photo)

I am in the process of breast reconstruction after two separate staged mastectomies. I had my right tissue expander filled to 480cc and then exchanged a week ago for a permanent silicone inspira implant 485g. Will my implant still "drop and fluff" even though a pocket was already created with the expander?

Change of position of implants after second stage reconstruction depends on how much the capsule was manipulated during surgery. If the capsule created by the expander was not modified, then little change is to be expected.

In general, even with reconstructed breasts, the tissues around the implant will settle with time as the swelling subsides.
