Dr. Yegiyants is a surgeon that truly cares about her patients. She listens with intention and has a calming demeanor. She was the only surgeon I saw (I interviewed three) where I felt like she really heard me and my desires clearly and she made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. After three pregnancies and over 4 1/2 years total of breastfeeding, the woman I saw in the mirror did not match how I felt on the inside. I felt strong and beautiful at my age and I wanted the outside to reflect how I felt on the inside. Dr. Y completely understood me. She was able to bring my natural body back to me and I couldn't be more appreciative of the time and care both she and Christina showed me. I loved that they also made sure I was taking care of my WHOLE self both before and after surgery. I was given a list of vitamins and minerals to take before and after to help with healing and comfort and did not over prescribe any medications. Dr. Yegiyants went above and beyond to make sure my healing process was the best it could be. They answered numerous questions and concerns, were available through text after hours, and always treated me with 100% kindness. I will be using their services for any future needs I have. I would recommend this team for any service you are thinking about!

Dr Sara Yegiyants is a cut above all these surgeons on this site. She has an amazing eye for perfect sculpture!! She revised my breast reimplants after 30yo implants were removed and the old implants were a horror movie!! Green “algae”.

Firstly, I am a very private person, so posting this review is certainly out of character for me. However, having been through an extremely challenging patch of life, including several surgeries, I wanted to share my story in case it may be helpful to others. I seriously considered “leaving well enough alone,” recognizing that perhaps I should just be grateful….it could have been much worse. But eventually -- after years had passed -- I got “back on the horse” and started investigating what the possibilities were toward a better result. My vetting process included consultations with the best plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. I ultimately selected Dr. Yegiyants. I must say that in addition to an excellent reputation among colleagues and patients alike, I believe the true measure of an excellent plastic surgeon is not what they can accomplish with a clean slate void of historical complications, but what they can accomplish when faced with “battle wounds” and multi-layered obstacles and restrictions. Without question, she possesses the talent and ability to carefully and methodically execute a plan that can – as in my case – far exceed expectations. I believe Dr. Yegiyants to be an exceptionally-skilled plastic surgeon and true artisan.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Sara! I am female in my early 20's and had been considering breast augmentation surgery for some time but didn't have the time money or confidence to jump into it. After many consultations, locally and afar, prepping my excitement but having me feeling unsure about which doctor to trust, I met Dr. Sara. The second she stepped into the consultation room (which was free of charge, by the way) I felt at ease. She had a calm and collective look to her and spoke with a humble confidence. Her and Christina, her equally as sweet office assistant, treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. They knew their facts about implant options, sizes, and brands in relevance to my body type and age. They understood the best way to go about the surgery, location timing, and all other details yet encouraged me to research their data and make sure it was 100% correct, right for me, and we were all on the same page so that my results would be exactly what I wanted. After discussing payment plans and scheduling in a follow up visit to confirm things I left that office knowing that Dr Sara was the perfect fit for my situation. I did as they asked and exhausted all my research efforts on procedures types, implant styles and brands, and visual wish photos. I had picked my look, set the exact date I had wished for, and felt nothing but happiness and ease through the encouragement Dr Sara and Christina gave me. On the day of the surgery I was calm as a clam and had such a perfect experience I can't event tell you. I pass out at the sight of needles and I didn't even feel them go in, pre-operation. The surgery was short and sweet and though she said my petite structure was a challenge, all came out looking great and I'm over-joyed with excitement on how well she did. I felt no pain at all and went off the pain meds on the second day of recovery. It's been over 2 months since, and my breasts have consistently fallen into place as they should and continue to rest into place with time. I feel no pain and so much gratitude towards Dr Sara and her staff. They made the process so easy, surprisingly affordable, and gave me the self love and confidence I needed to get through it all. They even supplied me with a cleanser when the surgical bra was causing me to break out and scar gel to apply twice a day to the incision area. I highly recommend and would trust her with any professional surgery in her realm!

Never having surgery before I went into getting a mommy makeover feeling very nervous & skeptical about the whole thing. But Dr. Yegiyants & Christina made my experience worth it. They are very polite & caring. They put my nervousness at ease by letting me know everything will be ok that I’m in good hands:) Dr. Yegiyants is a patient, understanding, beautiful doctor that only wants the best for her patients & does amazing work on the body. I had a tummy tuck with tightening of he muscles & liposuction on the flanks with a breast augmentation with a lift. It was a lot of work to be done on me & very difficult to cope with after the surgery, but very worth it. I’m glad God guided me towards her way cause I don’t regret a thing & it was meant to be. I found Sara Yegiyants online and scheduled a consultation for rhinoplasty as soon as I could. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen and the results are perfect! Her and her assistant Christina are absolutely wonderful, so kind and knowledgeable. The experience was exceptional from the start with the phone conversation with Christina, the patient care coordinator, who was very informative and sweet as can be. I was invited for a consultation and was truly impressed with how luxurious and clean the office was. Dr. Yegiyants suggested using SculpSure to get rid of the fat as it targets and melts specific fat cells and unlike coolsculpting, doesn't leave indentations and nerve pain.
