My dermatologist gave me a sample of Mirvaso for mild rocasea on my face and also recommended it for keratosis pilaris rubra on my arms. I used it on my arms two days ago and it worked instantly, leaving my arms white and patch free. About 24 hours lasted both arms were bright red and burning. It finally subsided but flared up again 24 hours after that. I am petrified that this is permanent. The flare ups are 100x worse then before. How long before my arms go back to normal? Never used on face.
