Fat grafting to the hips is usually a great way to shape your hips. The limiting factor here is mainly your skin. If there is little skin laxity and the tissues become to tight, the pressure may jeopardize graft survival. But fat grafting should give you what you want.
I perform fat grafting to the hips several times each week, and it is a very effective technique.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You could probably benefit from a BBL, but unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Wider hips can only be obtained by injectable fat grafting provided you have enough donor sites to obtain adequate fat material. Overgrafting is done as some after surgery resorption is to be expected.
While no one can guarantee the size you want, fat injecting to the areas that you want fuller certainly could be possible if you have enough donor sites.
The only good way to increase the hip width and give you a more hourglass appearance is to perform fat grafting in this area. Butock implants really only make the posterior portion of the butt larger and give it more of a "perky" look on lateral view. In order to get fuller hips on the frontal view or posterior view, fat grafting is a great solution. I've attached a link for your viewing - to see multiple before-and-after pictures of this. Hi. Understand that all living tissue need blood supply which carries oxygen to survive. When fat cells are transferred they do not carry their own blood supply and are therefore dependent on the environment they are transferred to. New micro circulation then forms and those fat cells that...

Hi. The reason for the "compression socks" is to minimize the chances of a pulmonary embolism. At our institute we use these antiembolic stockings and in addition use SCDs or sequential compression devices. These are pneumatic boots that will compress your calf every so often to increase...
Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us.In my patients, they can expect between 60-80% of the fat to survive. The survival rate depends both on the genetics of your body and the skill of the surgeon. Post surgery, you should follow the plan laid out to you by your surgeon, and avoid...
A bruise will heal. A burn will likely leave a mark. What type of liposuction did your surgeon use? Laser or Ultrasound? If yes then this could be a burn.At this stage all you can do is care for the wound and allow your body to heal
This is a good question. Is not unreasonable to him dissolvable stitches placed. The reason why I don't like dissolving stitches on skin is that they create a lot of reaction as they dissolve which can lead to increased scarring or darkening of the incision area. You need to have a discussion...
