I am a male in my mid-30s and am considering getting a filler to address sunken cheeks after weight loss. I currently use a topical cream called tactuo which contains benzoyl peroxide and adapalene to treat mild acne on my cheeks. Would I still be able to use this cream if I were to get injected with Radiesse or Perlane? I am concerned about the filler potentially making the acne worse and/or causing other complications such as nodules. Thanks!

I would wait a week or two before doing anything. It sounds like you have a small hematoma on one side which can cause it to look distorted. THis should resolve in a week or two.

I have never heard of such a thing, but the only explanation I can think of is that a large-bore needle was used to make the opening for the cannula. If a smaller-gauge needle is used to make the opening, and the #Radiesse is not massaged after you leave the office, this should not happen again....
