TT done April 05th, belly button was the first to heal! Now it has developed a red angry rash, and weeps! It isnt open the scar is fine and closed completely. I have been washing with hibicleanse, covering it with a clean cotton t-shirt under garments but it seems to only be getting worse. My TT scar had issues and has just recently almost closed. No infection no odor - all clean but this belly button thing - what the heck is going on?

Appears as some type of dermatitis. Best to seek terms opinions for treatment. And even a punch biopsy might be indicated..

Your problem may be due to an infected buried suture.  This may keep the area persistently wet and macerated.  See your plastic surgeon as soon as possible to rule out an infection.
