I have Disc Herniation and Degenerative Disc Disease. Will a Tummy Tuck surgery relieve back pain in my case?

I have disc herniation and degenerative disc disease, because of that I cannot do core exercises so my stomach is getting larger and I am a healthy eater and take very good care of myself. My back hurt so bad but when I lift my stomach up with my hands I have no pain. in this case will a tummy tuck help me.
