My nose bridge sits below eye level, and it gives the appearance of a hooked nose. I've attached a photo below - on the left is how I currently look, and on the right is an edited picture showing what I would like to achieve. As you will see, with a higher bridge my nose looks much straighter. Any advice is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Answer: Rhinoplasty to build up the low bridge Yes, the low bridge and radix can be built up with patient's own cartilage harvested from inside the nose during a closed rhinoplasty procedure. Answer: Augmenting Nasal Bridge The area that your talking about, called the radix, can be augmented, usually with your cartilage, as you've shown to decrease the fullness of the profile line. You should consider lowering the bridge below this point so you have a straight defined profile.
