I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer
It's difficult to say based on just photographs, as light and shadows can distort what we see. You should be evaluated in person for the most accurate diagnosis of your concerns and to make a plan. Generally, yes fillers can be used to treat the oral commissures, prejowl sulcus, and labiomental creases.
While there is certainly no substitute for an in-person examination that allows for manipulation of the tissue, the photos do suggest several possible filler treatment possibilities to diminish the marionette lines, diminish shadowing below the lower lips in front-face view and better harmonize the projections of the nose, lips and chin in the profile view. A robust HA filler appropriate injected around the angles of the mouth can help to straighten the angles (i.e. improve the marionette folds). It can be use to elevate the heavily shadowed mental crease (horizontal fold between lower lips and chin) in both front-face and profile views. And, finally it can be used to provide greater chin projection in profile view. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
There is a possibility that the cyst that has formed in your chin is due to your filler. That is typically not the case but your body may have reacted to the filler and walled it off with a cyst. This does not mean that you are always going to form cysts when you get filler but you should be...
