The Inspira Cohesive is designed with form stable gel to hold it's shape in the upper pole giving more upper pole fullness.  The higher profile will also contribute to upper pole fullness.  If you are wanting less upper fullness and a more natural look you might consider exchanging your implant for the Allergan 410 anatomic implant.

Hello and thank you for your question.  I think you look great but what matters most is how you feel about your outcome.  Many people wonder if they should have chosen "the other implant they were considering," but in general, your first choice is usually your best choice (like when taking multiple choice exams!). I do not see any pre-op photos so I can't comment on which implants would have been ideal for you, but you are still early in the healing process and I would give it a full 3 months before making any conclusions.  If you still feel that you are too big, you can seek consultation after the 3 month mark to go over your options.
